Our Residential Key Care services compliment our existing Home Security Services providing added peace of mind for our residential clients. Key Care. Whether you are locked out or lost your keys and you simply cannot get into your home our key care plan will despatch a mobile unit to your home with the keys we hold on your behalf. This service is treated by us as an emergency, it is fast and effective and we aim to attend within 20 minutes subject to location. This service is less expensive than calling out a locksmith and does not incur the cost of changing locks. This service can be required for number reasons, for example: One of your family or visitors have mislaid their keys and retuned to a locked house. You are away and you want a friend, tradesman or service company to have access to your home. You have arranged a delivery at a time when you are unable to be at home.
On each occasion access must be pre-authorised by you. If required our security team will open your premises to allow trademen to gain entry to carry out work. Once the work has been completed we can resecure your premises giving you peace of mind knowing your premises and valuables are safe. How we secure your keys We are the first Security company in the UK to implement the Pregem-Secure 'Electronic Key Management System' (CQRiT©) with automated ‘Client Email Audit’. Whilst your keys are in our care they are sealed with individually serialised Tamper Proof Key Rings and secured in the state of the art ‘CQRiT© Electronic Key Safe’ monitored by the ‘KeySecure© Electronic Key Management System’. Access to the CQRiT© Key Safe is only possible by authorised personnel and is fully electronically monitored and audited around the clock. When your keys are removed from our CQRiT© Key Safe, for example due to the need to respond to an alarm, pre-authorised key request or potential security breach at your home, you will automatically be sent notification by email advising you that your keys have been removed from our CQRiT© Key Safe. When the keys are returned to the key safe a confirmation email is automatically triggered to tell you that your keys are again secured. The CQRiT© Electronic Key Management System has been implemented in security sectors around the world where the need for very high Key Security is paramount. These include prisons, military and national security buildings, mental health premises, museums and casinos. |
